It’s always a struggle and a long process to reconnect, almost never works. Having the amount of water dispensed setting on the app is the worst idea. Should’ve been on the dispenser directly. Makes me want to cancel my subscription. ### 1/5 — The latest update broke the app. *2024-04-24, version 3.5.4* The latest update broke the app. Prior to the latest update the app would connect to the Wisewell unit. After the latest update four days ago, the app crashes as soon as it tries to open. ### 1/5 — Defective product, Zero support *2022-10-25, version 1.9* Avoid the Wisewell product at all costs. Mine arrived damaged and has been defective out of the box. To make matters worse, the Wisewell "support" is non-existent. They have not responded to a single one of my requests for assistance in resolving my issues. They also do not allow visibility of reviews on their website (always a sketchy sign), so this is the only way I've found to actually provide a rating and review to potential customers. So I really am not sure if the numbers are correct or not. Also, if you even the “set up new machine” tab, you can never leave.
