### 1/5 — Worse than worthless

*2026-03-09, version 1.0*

If you can set an alarm on your phone you don’t need this app. They are targeting people with adhd betting they will forget or neglect to cancel their subscription to this garbage.

### 1/5 — Taken payment

*2026-03-03, version 1.0*

I’ve noticed a payment come out of my account. I never subscribed to ongoing service and do not give permission to take anymore payments.
The app that I did pay a small fee for is basically something I could do on my own. I’ve removed the app from my device and hope that ai don’t see any other billing happen after doing so.

### 1/5 — Way too expensive

*2026-03-01, version 1.0*

Don’t sleep on the intro price. All of a sudden you wake up 3 months later and you have been getting billed $98.50/month. This is way overpriced. When I was cancelling they offered me a lifetime subscription for $49 or $49.99. That is probably the real value of the service. I passed on that. I’m too mad to give them another dime.

### 1/5 — SCAM!!

*2026-02-17, version 1.0*

Keep taking money from my account without consent!

### 1/5 — Reported to FTC - Koflimin

*2026-02-16, version 1.0*

After investigating with my bank, I found this company is a scam. It’s hard to understand that people have no problem targeting neurodivergence to make a buck.

Please quickly Google the parent company, Koflimin. You will see that it has been identified as fraudulent and predatory.

Edit: Confirmed scam. :)

### 1/5 — Don’t do it! The steal your money

*2026-02-15, version 1.0*

I have been trying since the first month to cancel this worthless App. 6 months later they are still taking my money. This is the biggest scam ever!!!!

### 1/5 — Decepive practices

*2026-02-12, version 1.0*

Beware of adding charges no clearly marked. They refuse requests for a refund if you make a mistake

### 1/5 — Scam app

*2026-01-29, version 1.0*

Grab your credit card information and then all the forms to cancel mysteriously don’t work. I have sent email to them a day after subscribing.
Based in Nicosia , Cyprus

### 1/5 — Impossible

*2026-01-26, version 1.0*

This app is impossible to navigate and they trick you into a subscription. You think you’ve canceled but they keep charging you. Do not use this!

### 1/5 — Scammers!

*2026-01-25, version 1.0*

I signed up this app with 30 days money back warranty. After the first day, I released that this app is full of useless AI made videos and content. I asked my money back. In 5 day I chatted with 4 different representatives. At the very end, I have been told that it is not refundable against what I signed up for. I am going to report this scammers to my credit card company. Stay away from them!!!

### 1/5 — Zero stars. Do not purchase!

*2026-01-24, version 1.0*

This product is a waste of money. This company is praying on a group of people who struggle on a daily basis to do better. I saw their ads through instagram and was thinking this could really help. I paid the $9.99 and found out this product is nothing like they advertised. So disappointing.

### 1/5 — Horrible

*2026-01-17, version 1.0*

This app seemed very appealing and helpful for my goals, however. The app is not as advertised. And now I see they are charging my bank account several times over the two weeks since I downloaded this useless app.

### 1/5 — They steal money from disabled children

*2026-01-15, version 1.0*

So I tried this app and found out IMMEDIATELY it was hot garbage , so I went in and thought it was cancelled. Now the confusing part was the big bold items were to stay subscribed and the smaller was to cancel. You have to go through about 10 of those are you sure you want to cancel items. THEN there is 45 freaking dollars for ebooks? !! No thanks . Well they kept trying to charge my cashapp card. So I finally got fed up with it and just blocked them. So these SOB’s go in and start charging PayPal and any other payment method that has my name attached to it! My grandson has a genetic disorder and has a separate account but since he is 6 he has to have his guardian on it which is me. In the last month they have taken HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS from his account! I am doing what I can to try to recover it, but so far it ain’t much unless these jerks just want to give it back we are out the money .
SUMMARY- Charge too much for an alarm
Make it hard to cancel
Steal money anyway

### 1/5 — Scam Scam

*2026-01-05, version 1.0*

Doesn’t let you cancel at all! $100 taking out of you bank account. They said cancel within 24 hours before and they take more thank 48 hrs to get back to you! And app that you never use! Because they don’t late you cancel!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Non existant Support and expensive

*2026-08-07, version 1.1.1*

Support never responds to emails and if you subscribe on their website be very very cautious of the charges after the trial ends.

### 1/5 — Grrr

*2026-06-21, version 1.0*

Have never used this app. Now it is continually trying to charge my credit card for subscriptions.
Very not happy

### 1/5 — Predatory Charging and Cancellation

*2026-06-08, version 1.0*

I have truly never given anything a one star review before! This is crazy!

This app intentionally targets people with attention deficit issues, markets itself as self improvement, provides limited and rather mundane material. It breaks cancellations into two innocuous components, so even if the user thinks they’ve cancelled (and receives a cancellation email) they will continue charging exorbitant fees on a monthly basis. Additionally, once you’ve started the cancellation process, you can no longer log onto the app to continue it — meaning it’s even harder to complete cancellation without literally reaching out to customer support. Additionally, mystery purchases have appeared on my account from the period AFTER I had cancelled and lost the ability to log in. This is such a scam! I recommend suspension from the App Store until they fix their subscription issues.

### 1/5 — Waste of time and money

*2026-05-26, version 1.0*

Don’t purchase got this app based on you tube advert might as well asked my kids to draw up a habit builder no input or suggestions videos nothing just a calendar complete rip off

### 1/5 — NOT FOR ADHD Be prepared for a money grab

*2026-05-20, version 1.0*

I was influenced through social media advertising to try the Wisey app, thinking it would be a good help for my ADHD to focus. In true ADHD Fashion, I didn’t have time to fully download and get it set up at the time I purchased my trial. When I thought about it again, a few weeks later, I went back and tried name of the app was and couldn’t find it. Today I found the ONE SINGLE EMAIL they sent confirming my purchase with no actual link provided to what was not an app. It was a website-which I only found after emailing Support and requesting a refund for the $70 subscription charge. I realized I had also been billed. If you have actual ADHD, you understand why one singular email with no working links is a complete and total waste. They don’t actually want to help you, they want you to forget that you ever purchase this and continue billing you.

### 1/5 — BS

*2026-04-19, version 1.0*

What a mess this system is. Designed to convert sales but not deliver.

### 1/5 — THE TRIAL IS A TRAP

*2026-04-06, version 1.0*

I strongly advise staying far away from the Wisey app. What looks like a harmless trial quickly turns into a non-refundable $99 charge, and by the time you realize it, you’re already stuck.

When I reached out to customer service for a refund, it turned into a frustrating, high-pressure exchange. Instead of helping, they repeatedly tried to keep me on the hook and even attempted to upsell me on a $5 “lifetime subscription”—which makes absolutely no sense given the $99 charge they’re refusing to reverse. It felt less like support and more like a scripted sales funnel designed to extract even more money.

The most concerning part is that they appear to bypass the normal subscription protections you’d expect through Apple’s App Store. That means you don’t get the usual transparency or easy cancellation process, and their strict no-refund policy is buried in the fine print until it’s too late.

In my opinion, this is a predatory setup. I’ve had a terrible experience and will be disputing the charge with my bank. I’ll also be warning others about Koflimin Limited and the operation behind Wisey.

Buyer beware—this one’s not worth the headache.

### 1/5 — Terrible app

*2026-04-04, version 1.0*

They have no intention on ever refunding anything for their subpar services. The app is not super interactive, and I truly forgot I even had it. I noticed that a charge to renew my membership was charged the other day. I immediately emailed to cancel it and request a refund immediately after seeing the paypal charge. Their bot tried to convince me to stay on, but I was persistent. Never did they address my refund until I continued to ask directly, in three different emails. Finally, a 50% refund was offered I have not yet used. Y’all are literally stealing people’s money for your own personal gain. Gross.

### 1/5 — WILL TAKE PAYMENTS AFTER CANCELLING

*2026-04-03, version 1.0*

This app even after cancelling the subscription continues to take money off your card! AVOID

### 1/5 — It’s a SCAM

*2026-03-23, version 1.0*

Would give zero stars if I could. Their ads are enticing, but the app itself is not worth the hassle. Not helpful whatsoever. And don’t even try to get a refund back, they don’t value their customers, they prefer to keep their money and continue to charge their card after cancelling your membership!! This company is 100% a SCAM!
