Courier Not So Good. My parcel was found underneath a car by an honest person who delivered it to my door. Fortunately, although the outer packaging was damaged, the contents were all there in one piece. However the Courier had reported the package as having already been delivered. The Courier had also not sent me any prior notification that my package was on its way, which is what they normally do. They don’t care if someone from china cancels your order over and over just because they don’t want to ship to the US. They do this even if the seller advertises that they ship internationally. The plastic smell is so horrible that even after airing it for a week, the smell is still there. I told customer service about it and requested to refund and I will return the product. They refused saying the product already “fulfilled the requirements”. I insisted and they sound said they will partially refund it as courtesy. What a joke!
