I downloaded the app. I click to open the app and I get an error message to update the app. I click OK and I end up n the AppStore which tells me the app is up to date. The app doesn’t work.

I would never recommend this company. Wouldn’t give any update with your order or won’t respond at all. Didn’t have my order but wouldnt bother informing me at all. Quick to send you bill to pay tho!

This is a very well market service which underperforms massively. Communication is awful. Availability is not good. Delivery time is much longer than other services. I wish I never used this service. They ignored my request to cancel the order after waiting 10 days. Still do not have my items 11 days after placing the order and they have not provided me with the refund for the items that they cannot supply (they said they were in stock when I placed the order). Never again.

Had to try this as they stock my favourite Punk IPA beer. I found the customer service (Bom) to be helpful and responsive. Took 3 working days to come. Will order again.
