the delivery service is slow and never on time- and does not offer any live update or support that you can contact - worst app ever

No help available directly from the app like talabat and carriage. My order is 2 hours late and the restaurant says the driver is late. Completely unacceptable. I tried calling the Wishbox number and no one answered.

Totally agree with all other reviews.. this is indeed the worst app ever on app Store.. always crashes ... Looks like app made by a bunch of novices..

-Filter for free delivery does not work
-Order once placed can not be modified or cancelled .. even payment method cannot be changed
- filter of restaurants by cuisine type does not work
- while loading wallet with credit card.. it does not even ask for card CVV and deducts the money!!
- earlier order history is not saved!!
- app is slow to load and buggy and always crashes..

The app design is not very intuitive, but they always deliver on time with no problem. Also it’s the best app to order bubble tea in Doha.. many nice options!

Your apps needs to be full in details ex. How can you order a food without seeing the picture on how delicious it is? Second some details or content are limited. Please upgrade more your apps follow the platform of talabat well informative and contents are nice in full details.
