I wanted to test it out for a while before coming here to write my review. All I can say is that this liquor inventory software exceeded my expectations. I have used every app for inventory out there including Partender and Bevspot. This is the only one that has really helped us decrease the amount it takes to conduct inventory and increase our overall revenue. We also recently started using its analytics feature. It’s so cool! It can accurately tell you which foods and beverages do well based on the weather next week. We tested it out and saved a lot of money by ordering the products it recommended. So far, we have had no problems and the entire staff loves using it. Thanks for putting this app out there. We finally found just what we are looking for and we won’t be trying any other apps. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your money *2024-02-28, version 2.2.34* Spent $1800 on a system that is horrible. Customer service is nonexistent. They only get a hold of you when you decide to cancel. The system is so temperamental you never get an accurate reading. This is coming from someone that owns multiple bars, and I’ve tried other systems. I have all the ones I’ve tried this one is the worst. ### 1/5 — Ehhhh… *2023-08-01, version 2.2.21* It’s not as good as it seems. ### 1/5 — Buyer Beware *2023-07-17, version 2.2.18* This is by far the worst Company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Their customer service is terrible, their follow-through is non existent, and their communication leaves nothing to be desired for. I purchased this product and paid thousands and they never uploaded my inventory nor provided me with a workable product. If you are trying to save money on inventory and cut cost Wisk is not the way to do it. You will find your company in worse shape! I can’t get back ### 1/5 — Took them almost 2 weeks to get back *2019-07-26, version 1.1.82* Here’s what I wrote to wisk: I appreciate it, however I went with a different inventory app provider. I signed up for Wisk over a week ago and I am just now getting an email back now. I mean no offense, but being reliable, being productive, and running a tight ship to produce profits doesn’t seem to be your companies strategy. I can’t rely on a company that takes over a week to 2 weeks to get back to me. I basically downloaded and wasted time using the application to see if it was legit just to be told I would get an email shortly...fast forward a week or two and I am just now hearing from you.
