The last couple of months at least 50% if not more of my meetings won’t record. It just happened today, I had two meetings, the recordings were going fine then at the end of the meeting I went to stop the recording and in both meetings it had stopped recording with nothing recorded. I gave feedback before and have gotten no response. I was using it at least several times per week or even several times in a day. I found the summary notes very accurate for the most part and very useful. However, it’s not been working in the last several weeks, which is why I downgraded this to one star. The app won’t open. When I press on the icon, it looks like it starts to open and then shuts back down. I emailed the help email, but haven’t gotten a response since Monday. I am hoping to get a response by posting this. I really did appreciate this app and want to continue using it. If it works, I will change it to 5 stars. **Developer response:** Please try reinstalling the application. Sorry for the inconvenience.
