The last couple of months at least 50% if not more of my meetings won’t record. It just happened today, I had two meetings, the recordings were going fine then at the end of the meeting I went to stop the recording and in both meetings it had stopped recording with nothing recorded. I gave feedback before and have gotten no response. I have to look for an alternative solution. ### 1/5 — Won’t transcribe *2026-03-04* Less than half of my recordings actually transcribe ### 1/5 — Loved it, but it’s not working any more *2025-08-17* I really loved this app. I started with the free trial and found it so useful, within 3 days I paid for the year subscription and told several friends about it. I was using it at least several times per week or even several times in a day. I found the summary notes very accurate for the most part and very useful. However, it’s not been working in the last several weeks, which is why I downgraded this to one star. The app won’t open. When I press on the icon, it looks like it starts to open and then shuts back down. I emailed the help email, but haven’t gotten a response since Monday. I am hoping to get a response by posting this. I really did appreciate this app and want to continue using it. If it works, I will change it to 5 stars. **Developer response:** Please try reinstalling the application. Sorry for the inconvenience. Will get this fixed ASAP. ### 1/5 — Different from Descript *2025-04-13* I thought this was the same company/service as Descript.com but apparently not. I started the free trial thinking I’d be able to sign in and connect accounts, instead I got charged $99 and my refund request was denied, even though I’ve been paying for the Descript web app for over a year. Still have no idea if this is a copy cat or just disconnected tech. Either way, the web app was better. Don’t waste your money on this. **Developer response:** We're really sorry for the confusion, and we have changed our app's name and branding to avoid such issues in the future.
