A couple hours later a message was sent to my email to verify my identity. I tried to go back and do it but wisp had already kicked me out by that point. As said this company is extremely inconsistent why allow me to pay for my order if the identity verification didn’t go through? And then completely kick me out of my account. And not even pick up when I try to call. It just goes straight to voicemail. I shouldn’t have to email a company just to get a basic refund. And there’s so much more than I expected, from prescription skincare to OTC supplements that are especially great for women navigating perimenopause. Now with their new app, the experience is even smoother.
