Could be great, needs work

This app could be absolutely great, but it needs some work, and there's no customer support. It works really well, but the problem I run into is that every single time I use it, when I try to record, it opens a separate page, and I have to do this swipe thing and then come back. Having to do that every time has become very annoying. It's adding an extra step when the point is to reduce steps and save time. It's contradictory to what this app is supposed to do.

The second issue I have is with the keyboard. When you do have to type, the keyboard is really poor. You can't even get it to spell actual words! It just changes them and autocorrects to other words, and you tap letters, and they don't go. It's just a mess. You have to switch back to your regular keyboard, and I'm spending more time switching back and forth between this app that I have to swipe to start and my other keyboard. I might as well just use the Apple Talk to Text and fix it where it's making errors.

I got an email from them, and I tried to respond by asking about these issues, and I got an automated reply. I'm supposed to contact support through the app, but there is no option in the app for support. In the email, there was a link on how to do it, and when I click it, it just goes to a 404 not found.

It's a good idea, but as it sits, now it's not worth $10 a month. It needs a lot of work before I think it's ready to go.

Spend more time fixing problems that went there before

I am writing this on Wiser-flow and I'm going to tell you right now: as soon as I open the keyboard on my iPhone to Wispr Flow, it swipes you off to a whole different app with an awesome time wasting tip and ui action promt. Just so that you can swipe back into the app you're originally typing in. This app is terrible for time management.

It claims that it will give you back your free time, but thats without all thebissues it'll cause that weren't there before.

5 Min IOS Run Time: Recording on your iPhone long-form content and you need to speak to this program, it only gives you a 5-minute cap. It then turns off, and you have to open their app and get the speech from their history to paste it wherever you need to go. It doesn't even try to write what you said before it closed without warning.

Note Pad Text Copies are Documents:
If you are trying to use your iOS Notepad to dictate notes into, when you try to copy those notes into certain programs, it will only send them as an HTML document. It will not paste it as text. The suggestion I was given was to copy and paste the dictation into a message and then copy and paste that again, but that is also a waste of time. It should be typing it exactly where it is.

Desktop Sit and Stare:
When you are working on a computer, if you use the hands-free mode and click off onto any other window and finish speaking, it will paste the text onto whatever window you're on, so generally not the correct one. It will paste into nothing, and you will have to go to the program and get the history information again. If you do want to use hands-free, it means that you have to sit and stare at your window that you are typing into or not typing into or risk losing whatever you doctors.
When you're done, then you can move on to a new window. If you do move on, you do have to make sure you come back to the same window, but if you mess up, you lose more time...

With the amount of time wasted from this program not working correctly, and to mention the pop-ups that are always happening with this thing, it is a big waste of time. It claims to save you tike even tho just getting the program required two separate Ui action questionnaires to even start using....

Now this was worth the time. Still had to type this by hand after.
