Since the last update, Experian is no longer there. Since there was notification provided as to why it’s now gone, and I couldn’t find information on their website about it being removed (or ever having existed, despite it being in the app for many years) I reached out to customer support to ask. I was provided with the generic “we’ve removed Wisr’s Experian credit scores to simplify your experience. You’ll now only see your Equifax credit score, making it easier to understand where you stand.” Sorry Wisr, I found it easier to understand where I stood with both credit scores available, and it wasn’t exactly a complicated experience having both scores there, did anyone actually ask for their experience to be simpler? Experian probably charged too much to access their data, or changed their policies or something, the least Wisr could do is be honest about why they’ve removed a feature that was there for a very long time. ### 4/5 — Wisr *2023-05-12, version 4.18.0* I really like the app my only gripe is that it takes almost. The only downside is the app! There are constant issues with it, including not showing all accounts from the bank accounts you’ve linked and me then needing to contact Wisr customer service to assist. Customer service response time is extremely slow! Weeks at times. ### 3/5 — Way too many notifications *2023-02-25, version 4.14.0* Multiple notifications a day. It’s very frustrating - it’s a key USP so you’d think they would make it a priority. ### 3/5 — Nice idea but can you delete your financial information? *2021-03-17, version 3.2.5* Awhile ago I downloaded this app to try. I was abit put off by their need to access your accounts it just didn’t seem secure... anyway, I logged into my account and after much issue with the app not working, I wanted to delete it. I searched everywhere. It had no option to delete my financial account or login details. It had no option to contact apart from email through the site. I emailed with no reply for close to a month. I tired again and nothing. Getting worried about being scammed, I wrote to Apple to voice my concerns with no contact from the app developer. Apple were super into it as it involved misuse of financial information under the privacy act. There should always be the option in the app to delete your details. Anyways I got a snarky reply from the web developer at the time (not sure if he still is) Vinko. Saying that I was being a waste of time and an inconvenience as apple had paused their app downloads until they complied with the order for privacy compliance. Hoping it’s changed for your sake. Beware who you give your financials to - I changed all my passwords to the accounts they had access to as I didn’t believe they would delete them. Apart from that it’s a nice idea and I would hope they have a new team who know better. ### 3/5 — Not working *2021-03-01, version 3.2.4* It’s not working anymore and doesn’t update?? ### 3/5 — Love hate relationship *2021-02-28, version 3.2.4* I love the general premise of the app but I’ve been locked out of my account more times than it would seem acceptable for a non-human error and It’s disheartening to feel as though the app was thrown into market (with little regard) before the development phase was completed. I deleted the old version before installing the new one in hopes of rectifying the “incorrect pin” issue yet it appears to be reinstalling the old version. On a lighter note - the customer service team has always shown high proficiency and effectiveness when delivering appropriate actions or information to resolve my concerns. They are the reason I haven’t shut down my account. ### 5/5 — really enjoy it! *2020-11-25, version 3.2.4* I initially had some issues getting my bank accounts set up/verified, but now it’s up and running I love it. As someone else mentioned - you barely notice the roundups going out, but it’s such a good feeling knowing that money is automatically paying down a debt without me having to think much about it! have yet to try boost but keen to soon ### 5/5 — Wiser *2020-10-29, version 3.2.3* i had problems logging in and then I emailed wiser app and then they resolved my problem straight away. FFS. *DELETE* ### 1/5 — Useless organisation and pointless app now deleted. *2024-09-09, version 5.28.0* They claim to use your credit score to provide offers. Even suggesting credit lines based on your scores. You think, great I’ll do it this way because I’ll save some money in the next few years. First they don’t respond, then they mark it on your credit report, then they decline and the excuse is they look at serviceability. The loan servicing is lower than the credit card repayments - how can one not be affordable , but the other is? They capture a lot of info and provide you with nothing. Clearscore is a much better alternative. Also if you link your accounts through their service when applying for finance through them, they access your accounts multiple times - unnecessary. Over a period of a week they caused me to have to change my password 3 times and flagged my account with my bank. ### 1/5 — Worst app *2023-05-18, version 4.19.0* Customer service is so terrible plus never got my money saved after asking to close my account. ### 1/5 — Doesnt work *2023-02-23, version 4.14.0* Please delete my account. Still proceeded with taking money from my account despite the set up not being complete. When I found this out and went into my the app to manage my account to get my money into my bank account, the app suddenly doesn’t work. Email support is so slow to get back and phone support is non existent despite a number on their site. These guys have never heard of CX lol ### 1/5 — Scam *2022-09-16, version 4.5.0* This is a scam. They claim to pay money into your account, but never do. ### 1/5 — Couldn’t log in *2022-04-04, version 3.2.7* Had this app a while ago (until my bank was removed from the list) and thought I’d check to see if I could use it again. Tried logging in, timed out after putting in passcode. Tried to reset passcode, timed out before sending the text. Tried to log in as a new account… timed out again ### 1/5 — Absolutely useless *2021-03-22, version 3.2.5* Logs you in, takes your money (over $20 in one transaction) and then you can’t login to stop or change anything. Absolute scamming, scheming f$&@s. DO NOT USE!! ### 1/5 — Trash app *2020-06-20, version 3.1.5* Have recently found out it has been constantly charging me when I thought i bid it good riddance to the app by deleting it since there was problems with the verification of my email account. Downloaded it again to cancel my account but its absolutely ridiculous how you have to “request” to terminate your account and make it virtually impossible to do it yourself. Then when I tried to log In For the first time, it asked for my pin. Told me my pin was wrong. Tried to reset pin and was “locked out of the account”.
