No support offered whatsoever ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Not worth it *2025-01-20, version 1.4.7* This dashcam is a complete hassle. If you use the USB port, you have to manually power it on and off every time, or it will drain your car battery. On top of that, you’re forced to download the WitCam app and connect to its WiFi just to use basic features. You even have to press record every time you get in your car. Plus, the videos don’t even save the majority of the time once recording is complete. It’s made of flimsy plastic and feels incredibly cheap. After 35 minutes of waiting I gave up. Here’s the caveat: you must connect to WiFi, in order to start/complete the installation process…. In looking at the many issues of connectivity relative to an incompatible OS, or flawed production process, I’ve returned it.. I can control and download any video from the camera and I can do play backs and everything. It stops at 37% and errors out.
