Love Yourself First was created to encourage and help full-time working women, especially moms, prioritize their health.

Inside the app, you’ll find daily menus sorted by calorie range, 3–5 day per week workout schedules including cardio, and suggested times throughout the day to get your steps in — all organized to help you build muscle, lose body fat, increase energy, and feel confident again.

No trends. No complicated meal prep. No BS. Just straightforward, time-efficient nutrition and movement guidance to help you feel your best and capable of anything.

Built on the philosophy of whole food, daily movement, and mindful living, LYF makes prioritizing your health feel realistic and sustainable.
Note regarding Apple Health:

The app integrates with Apple Health to show your daily activity - distance, steps, active energy, and flights to help you better achieve your goals.

App also uses Apple Health to track energy burned and heart rate during a workout session, if an Apple Watch is used.

Workout metrics are shared with the coach to better design your workout schedule.
