It is also a valuable resource for worship and small group leaders. Produced by the Uniting Church in Australia, WLW is ecumenical in perspective, and has been published continuously since 1976. It works very well and is simple and easy to use. If this was because my subscription was due, I missed out on about 2 weeks of daily devotions. This has happened before and I find it very disappointing.
