I just purchased app. I went straight into looking up Saint Augustine and it said”no saints found”??? One of the greatest and it does not register this Saint. But I had to look up his years to search for him manually before 900AD. There he was. I’m not sure why it would not register if the option is there. Maybe I did something wrong?

You actually uncovered a bug in the saint search. While St. Augustine of Hippo and St. Augustine of Canterbury were both in the database, searches that included prefixes like “St.” or “Saint” weren’t being handled correctly. That wasn’t the intended behavior.

I’ve since resolved the issue, and searches for “St. Augustine” or “Saint Augustine” now work correctly.

I was super pleasantly surprised as somebody who has tried many catholic apps, at how much access you have without paying, and even if you needed to pay for whatever reason it’s super fairly priced. This app was clearly made to help people and not for money. The only change I could wish for was to replace the AI images since I feel the saints deserve real human effort, nonetheless, wonderful app by what I can assume was a wonderful person/wonderful people.
