App doesn’t even let me log in anymore, says invalid email and password. I’ve been using this app for two years. I hate my dashcams, can’t wait to swap them for some blackvues

This app will ask you for your dashcam’s serial number and proceeds to ask for your card details despite choosing “free”. What’s worse is it accepts any letter and number you put in the box just so you can proceed to the next page which takes you to typing your credit card details in. Wouldn’t be surprised if you start losing money because you put your credit card details in. And as other people said, this is meant to be a support app for a very expensive camera. I regret buying this product.

This app is supposed to allow you to use a very expensive dash cam but it’s useless. The instructions are of no help. It just doesn’t work. It asks you to enter details of a modem in order to add your vehicle to the app. What modem?   I really regret buying a GNET dashcam.

Good app with plenty of functionality.
It’s a shame that the advertising videos seem to play quite a lot, if these were cut down it would be great along with adding the ability to change some settings on the GNET cameras such as setting mph in the Uk instead of kmh.
