I was part of a test group for this app. I used it almost daily for 6 weeks and it helped me reset my nervous system. 

I was stuck in survival mode post-cancer treatment and I just couldn’t get out of it. The hyper-vigilance was exhausting and really wearing on me mentally. Therapy and meditation helped but I was still was stuck in a near constant dysregulated state. This app helped me get past that final hurdle and finally get out of constant survival mode. 

It is so nice to feel peace again. 💕
