### 1/5 — Absolute garbage. Literally have to pay to even get in the app. $60 a year is robbery.

App literally guilt trips you into feeling bad about your family getting older and losing memories. Then on the final page it’s a big eff you, letting you know you have to pay $10 a week or $60 a year to use the app. I don’t know how this is even allowed, feel bad for all those concerned people who will have signed up because of emotional blackmail. Such a scam.

App doesn’t work. Keeps glitching when I try and sign up. Finally got to the end and it makes you pay before you can even try anything… but the app says “free” on the App Store? Smh

At first it was frustrating trying to figure out the best way to access my mom’s answers to my questions. But Kevin was very helpful explaining it and helping me troubleshoot to be sure I captured my mom’s voice. I’m so so grateful that I found this app!

I downloaded this app because I felt it was such a beautiful way to remember someone. I think the voice is the hardest to remember. However several attempts and it would not record and customer service/ Help was no help. Too bad

I can’t even get into it. Stopped working at the “whose voice”. Tried 5 times. Finally gave up.

I love my Dad. I thought this app would be a unique opportunity to have memories of my dad saved in a special place. Unfortunately, withyou decides to charge $34 a year for their “service”. I will simply ask my Dad these questions and place them in my voice memos on Apple. 

What’s even worse is the app makes you share tons of information in regard to who you are recording and yourself. Right after, it asks you to pay up. Atrocious.

**Developer response:** That first line says everything, and it's the whole reason this app exists. Voice memos is an option, and if it works for you, use it. What WithYou adds is 100+ deep life questions designed to surface stories people don't think to tell on their own, plus a magic link that lets your Dad record his answers via text message without ever downloading an app. All stored in one place for you. There's also a free trial so you can experience it firsthand so you can see the difference. If we can help even save just one family story, then it’s made this all worth it!
