I had been having problems wth the app, so I looked into configuring the iPhone’s native VPN with ipsec. Well, I didn’t find online instructions to be very helpful, but support’s Mike hung out with me in desktop Chat for over 1.5 hours until I. configured successfully. They promised to get back to me when they resolved issues, but haven’t.
