In the trash now. ### 1/5 — Love it but... *2019-01-31, version 0.8.8* I have intense chronic pain due to degenerative disc disease so my experience is just from a lower back perspective. Yes, it relieves the pain AND yes, it is easy to hide under my clothes BUT I couldn’t pair to my iPhone or my husbands iPhone. It stopped working after I got new iPhone It connects and work 50%. You have reach back and adjust it manually. I’m going back to the Aleve tens unit. I use this product and app daily and it works exactly as expected. It connects easily and consistently controls the device. I have arthritis in my low back and trying to do ANY ACTIVITY starts up the extreme pain. Today is the first time using it. It is very handy to be able to turn the intensity levels up or down. I also like the other 3 frequency options offered. Extremely easy to install and pair with my phone. The timer while in use is very helpful. Since you have to wait 30 minutes in between treatments, it would be nice if the times used or you can use this again at this time were listed. Example - if I used it starting at 9 AM for 30 min. the end time would be 9:30. If this was added to the app (saying start time 9 AM end time 9:30 AM and can be used again at 10:00 AM), it would be absolutely perfect. Right now I have to set my timer for 30 minutes after I have used it so I know when it can be used again. Add this feature and I would give it a 5 star rating! ### 4/5 — WiTouch Prp *2018-11-30, version 0.8.7* I got this as an early Christmas gift and I LOVE it. Before I had 4 to 8 wires that went to pads stuck on me. It is so nice to not have to worry with cords, units that fall off your pocket. Without it, I would just have to tolerate chronic pain and had no other options then being connected to pads and wire. Now with this unit, no one even knows that I have it on. Great design went into this, simple and clean looking easy to understand phone app. If you have a bad back and get to the point that you are tired of the pills and cords, I highly recommend looking into this unit. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that I would like to see that it can be programmed for longer than 30 minutes and go higher in signals that it puts out. It begins the cycle just fine but never counts down, just stays at 30 mins and the unit never turns off. Also, the hi-low combo doesn’t work.
