Complete garbage! ### 1/5 — App crashes, and no support *2024-12-29, version 2.49* I can get the probe to connect via bluetooth, but as soon I try to start a ‘cook’, the app crashes. The software is terrible, makes the hardware useless. Support has been unresponsive. ### 1/5 — Very bad user experience *2024-12-12* Ugly app. Sensors lose connection constantly. Die Alarme bz. Benachrichtigungen jedoch funktionieren weder für Sensor1 noch für Sensor2. Will man sich zum Beispiel beim Erwärmen von Glühwein bei 60Grad benachrichtigen lassen um die Wärmezufuhr zu drosseln, hat man schlechte Karten. Das heisst, die Funktionen, die das Thermometer in Verbindung mit der App haben sollte, sind nicht gegeben. Für ein Gerät, das 80€ kostet, ist das nicht akzeptabel. Ich werde das Thermometer reklamieren. ### 2/5 — Naja *2021-08-07, version 2.8* Die Idee ist ja ganz gut. Und das Thermometer funktioniert, so ist Grillen mit Anzeige der Kerntemperatur und Grillraumtemperatur möglich und ein Vorteil. Man wundert sich, wie lange ein Lachsfilet, Steak , etc. innen noch kalt ist, während im Grillraum schon 200 Grad herrschen. Allerdings ist die App sehr schlecht programmiert und lieblos übersetzt. ### 3/5 — Keine Verbindung *2021-01-14, version 2.3* App lässt sich nicht mit dem Wireless Thermometer verbinden. Weder per Wifi noch Bluetooth. Thermometer unbrauchbar! Aber als teuren Schaschlikspieß lässt sich das Ding ja auch benutzen... Update: Nach vielen probieren doch per Bluetooth eine Verbindung möglich. Wifi geht definitiv nicht! Aber jetzt hat das Thermometer endlich eine Funktion! Daher gebe ich jetzt 3 Sterne. Übersetzung in deutsch ist leider unvollständig und mit vielen Fehlern. ### 5/5 — App now working *2020-12-20* The app is now working. It’s no longer erroneously reporting low batteries. Thanks for fixing this as this is hands down the best smart cooking thermometer I’ve ever used. ### 2/5 — They ruined this app *2020-12-13* They removed the guided cooking options in this version. It was nice because it estimated the time your meat would be done based on how you wanted it cooked. It is also reading my sensor battery level at 0% even after I installed brand new fresh batteries. One of the main reasons I purchased the thermometer was because of the guided cooking with time estimates. Now it’s just a thermometer with settable alerts. ### 5/5 — Difficult to use, but amazing results *2017-12-15* It's predicted exactly when my pork tenderloins would be done within a minute two times in a row. The temperature history is very cool as well as seeing ambient temperature.
