Auf meinem IPad mit IOs 26 funktioniert die App gar nicht mehr. Nervt nur noch, mal sollte meinen das die AppEntwickler vor Veröffentlichung des IOs Updates genug Zeit hätten in den Beta Versionen zu testen. ### 3/5 — Just not the same *2025-05-11* So I got this cam probably a year ago and this app was great. You could hear the sound and control recording from the viewing screen. Now there is no sound or recording options on the viewing screen screen. Stay away. ### 1/5 — This is horrifying *2024-02-17* I bought this cam with what little money I had to try and protect my family from an abuser who seems to just always get away with things my elderly parents have given him just about everything they own and now can’t afford to pay for medical bills or further care but are convinced I’m the one stealing from them because this guy tells them as much meanwhile he’s literally the only person who has access to there money and valuables I don’t live there but I’m planning a trip to stay with them and I know that he gets hammered and abuses them but they are senile and I needed proof of his atrocities so I spent the little money I had left on this cam because of its good reviews but because of its horrible app I can’t even use this piece of junk and you should not be selling safety and security to people if you can’t even keep your app working this is ridiculous it should be plug and play I’ve been trying to get the app to recognize the cam for 8 freaking hours now troubleshooting and that’s disgusting fix this and send people like me that you have dupped a full refund and a easy working app this is false advertising and you do not have a finished product so you cannot sell it! Gerade bei einer Anwendung, die sicherheitsrelevante Funktionen bietet, wäre es sinnvoll, einen zusätzlichen Schutz vor unbefugtem Zugriff einzubauen. Warum gibt es keine Möglichkeit, die App mit einem einfachen Passwort – zum Beispiel einer 4-stelligen Zahlenkombination – zu sichern? Das würde die Nutzung deutlich sicherer machen, besonders wenn das Smartphone von mehreren Personen verwendet wird oder in falsche Hände gerät. I emailed Sebastian and the team at Wiwa, and they ended up ALL HELPING ME with allllll the issues I had!!! I’m finally online and my camera is working perfectly well and I can’t thank Sebastian and the Wiwa team enough for helping me every step of the way, even though it took me hours to slowly figure out what I was doing wrong. This is the best customer service I have ever received. I highly recommend this company and the camera, which I have model WM6 or something along those lines…it’s the one you plug in which looks like a phone charger. Also, I have never left a review anywhere but I’m so grateful for the attentive customer support that I decided to leave my first ever review tonight <3 ### 5/5 — Top Service, tolle Kamera *2025-03-06* Der Kundenservice ist wirklich beeindruckend. Als es bei der Einrichtung ein Problem gab (mein Fehler) habe ich sofort Rückmeldung und Unterstützung erhalten. Bei 2 davon war eine komplette Installation einfach nicht möglich und die anderen 2 hab ich (mit Hürden) installiert bekommen, doch ein betrieb war trotzdem nicht möglich. Aber das Paket hier ist von A bis Z ein Traum. In schlappen 7-10 Minuten alles installiert und sämtliche Einstellungen vorgenommen. Einfacher geht es nicht!!
