So many bugs when creating. Doesn’t create any video only still pics. After $40. Yearly membership fee then deals in diamonds and those are even more expensive. Wizard AI has earned a permanent spot in my toolkit, credit to the developers! ### 1/5 — Total Scam. *2025-07-30* When I first got this app, it was fairly good (it’s not on par with midjourney that’s for sure) and I thought it was worth it so I subscribed for a year with unlimited access. Six months into my year subscription they change their pricing plan… apparently my year subscription is useless now and I’m on the same rip off plan as anyone. They didn’t deliver what I paid for. I’ve reached out numerous times through email and message without any response. The bottom line is this, it’s just an average ai image generator and don’t waste your time or money. This change feels like false advertising and completely defeats the purpose of having an “unlimited” plan. I regret supporting an app that misleads paying users. ### 1/5 — Terrible functionality they charged me for two Subscriptions!! Now Charging for Tokens! *2025-11-02, version 9.5.9* Charged for two Subscriptions for Zero images and nothing but server errors. Shut my phone down twice!! Still server error and no images!!! Subsequently, they lost all my generated images and I couldn’t generate. Customer service fixed that & gave me access to something that I never got to use which was an ok solution though I was disappointed because I couldn’t get it to generate it the same way again. Then, they moved to a coin based purchase system, & I can no longer use the app at all. They never responded to my customer support requests dated 7/12/25 and 10/23/25. After the company changed its subscription model, I was told I’d be grandfathered in and retain unlimited access. I even received a direct email from support confirming this promise. Since then, my access has been repeatedly disrupted. Instead of restoring unlimited use, they’ve manually added inconsistent credit amounts (500, 100, 30, 50), and now my account shows zero credits again. I’ve reached out multiple times through the app and email with no resolution. This is not just a technical issue—it’s a failure to honor a paid agreement. I’ve reported the problem to Apple and will continue to escalate until it’s resolved.
