Game crashes upon item descriptions for rods so you never quite know what they do until using them thoroughly. Game always crashes on 8th hole if the 3rd quest so I can’t even finish the game. A lot of incorrect value displays on things like par & skull count. There’s some wonky collision detection too where you bounce off objects that should not impede your path. Swing meter goes too fast or speed bonus should have a larger window to hit. Not the greatest golf physics, minimal rpg additions but its something new and it goes good together. Multiple objectives for each course for replay ability, and the iaps seem reasonable if you choose to go that route. When I tapped on restart I was expecting to restart the hole I was on (I was on hole four when I tapped on restart to see what it did) I was not expecting to restart the whole course from the the very beginning of hole one! Restarting the hole the player is on is a very good thing when tapping on restart restarting the whole course from the very start is not! It is the complete opposite! What would be ideal on tapping on restart would be for you programers to give the player a choice of restarting the hole the player is currently on or restarting from the very beginning of hole one! Oh and at just nine holes the game has half the number of holes than is expected! This has half a course! ### 4/5 — Love this! I have played the game for a few hours and have found absolutely no consistency in the way the game reacts to the degree of touch or input. Really, if you are going to implement a 'golf' mechanic in an rpg game (unique idea btw) at least make it behave in a sensible manner. To be harsh, it seems the 8bit 'cute' is masking a clunky interface.... I love the classic style art and the simple approach to golf that makes this a great game for all ages. Ads are very minimal and can be removed with a single IAP, none of which are forced or necessary to completely enjoy this FREE game.
