For example, we were dealt 2 cards each and one AI opponent had 2 wizards but only bid one trick signaling a weaker hand and deliberately losing the trick. Statistically too many wizards appear early in every game. ### 4/5 — Would be 5 stars with 2 changes *2024-02-18* You can play this without being on the same wifi network, so that is wonderful. Plays just like the real game. Two changes would help: 1. Allow orientation to change to landscape if players turn their phone to make it easier to see your hand. 2. Enable this app for download on a windows computer (not just Apple) so we could play without straining our eyes. Thank you for making this. It’s our family’s favorite card game! ### 3/5 — The solo game play is in dire need of adjusting *2023-11-21* This is an ok app, except when you play it in solo mode. The NPCs almost always have a wizard during every hand and there are so many rounds with no trump. The user indeed can specify the appropriate rules to make competition as tough as desired. So sorry …I hope the first review can be overwritten. So when I found the app, I immediately downloaded it. Had it on my phone for at least 5 years. The latest update made it play so slow I can’t stand it! I’ve tried to get a hold of someone to help me work it out and get no response. I’ve deleted it and re-loaded it twice. Four of us purchased the game so we could play during social distancing. It started out fun. But we could never finish a game without someone being disconnected and not about to reconnect to the game or their screen locked and couldn’t reconnect. We would start over and get a few hands in before it failed again. No trouble shooting help, no things to do to optimize the game for network play. No way to identify why it could not rejoin. No indication why the player was disconnected. Four players $16 bucks, no enjoyment. Fix the game or refund people’s money. Don’t buy this game until they fix it or give it away for free. It’s worthless if you can’t play a full game. ### 1/5 — Can’t play with others *2020-04-12* Tried to play online with our neighbours on the same wifi network 40 feet apart, wouldn’t work. What the point if you can’t play online with others? Ended up playing with 2 separate decks of cards. The CPUs are somewhat predictable but vary in skill, just like a real game. The only downfall is the online aspect of the game, which could benefit from being able to actually play against real people. I like that you can adjust a lot of settings if you want. And I love that it saves progress at all times if you quit the app. That makes it perfect if you only have a minute or two. The AI is good, the file size is small, and it’s good on battery. I appreciate the fair premium price with no ads, IAPs or subs. I’ll be playing this a lot. It’s easy to learn but there’s definitely a strategy. It’s challenging but not frustrating. I’m really enjoying it.
