I seem to not be able to access all of the cool tools. Somehow the buttons are overlapping when I open the app

Doesn’t detect my other devices. Tried contacting them, tried reinstalling. Nada.
Unless it works for some but not me.
And it’s not a permission issue. It has all access. At the very least, other apps see gadgets around me.

Didn’t wanna leave the bad review and wanted to work with them but three months is too long
