Even reinstall doesn’t help. ### 1/5 — Can’t get it to work *2024-09-17, version 7.0.1* No activation code can be sent to a US number, despite that being listed as an option. Tried 2 different numbers. Without issues used the same numbers with other Macedonian apps. ### 1/5 — Avoid avoid avoid *2024-09-03, version 7.0.1* When I ordered the taxi I selected to pay by card. When the trip finished, the drivier asked me to pay in cash and that he would cancel the card payment. Guess what, he didn’t and the company completely ignored my communication. Nervig ist nur dass man zwingend die Straße wissen muss in der man sich befindet und nicht einfach durch gedrückt halten eine Stecknadel setzen kann. Import aus Google Maps funktioniert leider auch nicht. Wenn man z.B. am Strand ist muss man bis zur nächsten Hauptstraße laufen bis man ein Taxi rufen kann. Die Fahrer sind alle sehr nett und die Preise sind auch sehr Fair. The drivers pick up then keep you waiting only to cancel on you after 30 minutes of waiting!!! ### 1/5 — Useless *2024-07-02, version 7.0.1* Can't register with my UK number ### 1/5 — Nevjerojatno frustrirajuca aplikacija *2024-06-25* Nakon što se godinama nije moglo placat karticom preko aplikacije te smo bili izloženi nemilosti bezobraznih vozača koji ne žele prihvatit ništa osim keša iako imaju mogućnosti, developeri nove Wizi aplikacije su se pobrinuli da app blokira svakih 5 minuta korištenja i zahtijeva sa se korisnik opet prijavi sa brojem, a kod za prijavu ne dolazi na SMS zbog "network errora". Katastrofalna aplikacija zbog koje i dalje moram koristit značajno skuplji Uber. Sredite se ### 1/5 — Customer support is non-existent *2024-06-10* I was double charged for a ride (the taxi driver didn’t quite grasp the in-app payment flow and insisted I pay via his POS - as I was on my way to the airport I didn’t have time to waste), so I contacted Wizi’s support to get one of the two payments reversed. After 2 weeks and several contacts I got absolutely no acknowledgment, so I had to begin a chargeback procedure through my bank. Avoid like the plague or only pay the drivers in cash in those cities, such as Skopje, where there aren’t great alternatives. ### 1/5 — App not working. Never send the code *2024-01-31, version 6.0.0* It says it sent the code, but it never did. Tried multiple times. Wasting my time. ### 1/5 — MAJMUNI JEDNI *2023-12-22* Über 1 Stunde versucht ein Taxi zu bekommen aber KEINER ist gekommen. Ihr Hunde ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work at all *2023-10-06, version 5.0.7* I was unable to use this app even once. I have tried on 3 separate occasions. It is limited by what it can find in search bar, and even then it will not let me finalize the ride. Completely dysfunctional and useless. ### 1/5 — App Has Bugs; Use at your own risk *2023-07-08, version 5.0.7* It worked fine enough the first time I used it. Picked up and dropped off in the correct location. We provided cash. The second time, I spent 30 mins trying to get the app to pickup the address I was putting in and calling Cammeo directly to get a driver out to us since at that point we were on a time crunch because of the technical issue. At first I was told that I called the wrong location for dropoff in Pula, then I called back when Pula’s Cammeo number didn’t work after putting in several variations of it. The operator had to call a driver to pick us up and we were told to look for a white car. That wasn’t enough assurance for me so I had to delete and then redownload the app for it to finally start working. I ordered another driver just in case. When the first driver actually showed up, I tried to cancel the second driver but the app stated it was too late to cancel. All that to say, use at your own risk and preferably when you don’t have to be anywhere at a particular time. ### 1/5 — Bad UI, payment method cannot be added *2023-06-06* Adding payment method and a card does not work. App has very rudimentary look and lacks all features other taxi apps have. Latest app updates were 2 years ago as displayed in the app history in apple store. Very bad user experience. So many bugs, only works on local WIFI and it constantly cancels on last minute. Buttons to confirm booking often doesn’t react. I never had to wait for one more than 10 mins. Cars are clean and drivers very friendly. Ordering process is easy, but you need to free register first. You can pay via credit card.
