Instead of 16:00h the flight was at 00:30h after midnight. And all the time on their application it says that the flight was regular at 16:00h and that the plane landed exactly at the scheduled time. Miserable!!! ### 1/5 — Avoid if you have alternative *2026-08-24, version 8.4.0* Our flight delayed over 2 hours, we arrived at the airport new departure time. Check-in had closed based on ORIGINAL time. while plane was still on the ground almost 3 hours. They refused our check-in and luggage, our tickets were gone, and we had to buy expensive new flight the next morning and waited 10+ hours in the airport. While their own delays are just “operational changes” your’re expected to absorb. no apology, no flexibility, no responsibility. “Legally” is not the same as right. This company design it’s rules to profit from its own failures. It constantly freezes, especially when you actually need it to do something important like access your booking or boarding pass. An airline app should make travelling easier, not leave you stressed trying to find another way to access your ticket. I ended up having to use the website instead because the app simply wouldn’t work properly. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times but the problem still exists. I have several upcoming bookings with Wizz and I can’t get to my boarding cards.
