I’ve been stuck on this “34 years or older” part of Wizz, which means no interactions, all because of an AI face tracker that got my age egregiously wrong. I look youthful and never get told I look my age, and I’m a whole decade+ younger than their listed age on me. I tried getting in contact with the Team that supposedly runs this app, but after a week of no contact i think it’s safe to say there IS no team for this app. Many a plethora of users are experiencing the same thing. I got banned making an account and they just continued being useless ### 1/5 — ID Issues. *2026-08-25, version 11.3.0* The App requires Proof of age, Which is no problem except for the fact that Not everyone Has the Options available. Majority of people i know including myself only have access to a School ID which isn’t accepted by the app. You can only Use a “Proof of age ID”, Passport, Proof of Residency or Drivers Licence to Verify your age. Almost No Teenagers in Rural community’s have those Because even if they are the legal age to drive not all of them can actually afford to Take a Learners test or get a Drivers Licence. ### 1/5 — UNBAN. *2026-08-25, version 11.3.0* I didn’t even get to fully finish making my account. It automatically kicked me out and banned my device. I think it’s because my drivers license is vertical instead of horizontal but that’s just the way it is in Texas when you’re under 21. I’ve contacted costumer service and only get bot reply’s. Not to mention iI can’t even delete my account. And when I emailed y’all’s direct email address not the customer service still no reply. AND i send you on instagram. Please. Reach. Out. To. Me. ### 1/5 — Shadow ban *2026-08-25, version 11.3.0* I did nothing wrong nor have I said anything wrong I had my since 2022 and now it won’t work. I can swipe as long as I want and genuinely get nothing back. You seriously need to fix this.
