I have paid for this service but haven’t received any service in the past 4 weeks I try making contact to the app support team through telegram  but no response, I feel very cheated paying subscription fee every week and not being able to get the service .. not good

Then go to add a number it won’t let me do anything after its added and when I press continue NOTHING?! TOTAL waste of money!!! I want my money back!!! But it won’t even tell you how that could be an option to get done?!
