Example: a plastic container could have a 2, 4, or 5 on it. Some of these can be recycled by a facility and some cannot. There are no results for these options. All you get is put plastic container in the recycle. There is also no additional instructions like “all items should be clean” ### 1/5 — Extremely limited. Only useful if you live in one of 3 areas. *2021-10-09, version 2021.5.30* This app only provides useful info if you live in one of three regions in the app. It won’t tell you what to recycle unless you select one of those three counties. My area, Pinellas County, is not supported. ### 1/5 — Only available for 3 random counties *2020-06-26, version 2020.3.19* There should be a disclaimer before people waste (no pun intended) their time downloading an app that only works for 3 random counties ### 1/5 — A game! And redirects to a bad web WM site. *2017-11-05, version 2017.09.18* This is not an app from WM. Just some bulk redirect tool getting skinned. And they sent a postcard pushing it!!! ### 1/5 — App is Garbage *2017-11-04, version 2017.09.18* When looking for info with this app, for Snohomish County, it only opens the WM web site through your web browser. Then you have to navigate through their web site to find. Huh? I don’t need an app to open my browser for me. Not at all convenient. App does not do what WM claims. ### 1/5 — Misleading app pics *2017-11-03, version 2017.09.18* No calendar view in the app or a way to set up your home address. ### 2/5 — Not supported *2026-03-31, version 2023.4.22* First thing when opening this app, it displays "THIS VERSION IS NO LONGER SUPPORTED." And it tells me to update, even though I just downloaded it. Waste Management, you have the power to delete this app from the App Store if you're not wanting to support it. Also, the page on recycling plastic containers shows them with lids on. Fantastic if we can now recycle those lids! Thanks! ### 2/5 — WM App *2018-11-30, version 2018.09.05* I heard a couple people from WM speak. It seems like there is incorrect information in this app about which cart things go into. Also how about information updates for example when something can no longer be recycled. Also how about just more information about recycling- need to wash things, lids, what will screw up your machines, where the final product goes. Also how about offering information about where to take things that can’t be recycled instead of putting them in the garbage. I know that’s not your job but since people are looking here for recycle info - go the extra mile! ### 3/5 — Informative but with errors *2017-11-05, version 2017.09.18* I like the information that this app provides about recycling, but the game has a big error in it.
