The search engine is bad as if you write milk for example you most likely won’t find milk products so you need to manually search everything. The products shown are 60% of the time not in stock so the stores has to call each time to find an alternative. Disappointing but ok for small purchase. ### 1/5 — Burj Daman WMart *2021-02-23, version 1.61* The Wmart in Burj Daman is terrible in every aspect. Unacceptable health & safety, full of bugs, bad service, deceiving prices etc ### 1/5 — Very poor service *2020-11-24, version 1.61* The app itself is very user friendly but half the time after my order i get a call saying a lot of the items weren’t available. Every time I order it takes a really long time even though i live in the same building as the supermarket. If you are interested in ordering to your home I recommend using other services. Today was really frustrating i ordered pasta among other things and the pasta was taken out of my order without even telling me and the worst part is I had to wait for until my order came( which was very late as usual) to even know that the main thing i was relying on in this order wasnt even available. ### 1/5 — Can’t register *2020-04-18* Field “building name” doesn’t work. ### 1/5 — Staff and Delivery Timing are worst *2020-04-17, version 1.59* Its not about the application or the items, it’s about the staff and the delivery timing i ordered for about 3 times or more and every time they will call you to reconfirm and which is not available that is good, but if you follow up after 5hrs either they will not answer or the staff whose picking up the phone will tell that they don’t received any order from the number you put in the app. After being upset and angry you have to look for the manager and the manager will tell you that they receive your order and later they will deliver your order on the next day or worst you have to wait 2days to deliver. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ### 1/5 — Horrible Horrible Horrible *2020-04-13, version 1.59* Horrible service. 4 hours and waiting for delivery. DO NOT Install this rubbish application. Thank you ### 1/5 — Delivery timing is unbelievably bad *2020-03-14, version 1.59* It’s not so much the app functionality which is not perfect but it’s ok. However, delivery timing is incredibly bad. As I write this, I have waited 6.5 hours and they still haven’t delivered my order. I spoke to them several times and still they have not managed to deliver it. Even in the past it would take at times a couple of hours or sometimes order is confirmed on the app but they never deliver it.
