Even after I bought it online and pressed “show in app” it showed me some random ticket from London to Manchester? ### 1/5 — Literally unusable right now *2026-04-19, version 3.4.8* I love this app, it is much simpler than Trainline and doesn't have their fees but since changing phones the app literally doesn't work for me, I can't search trains or view my existing tickets, I just get a vague error message. The only way to check and view tickets is to activate one! Now I have to go to a ticket office to pay for the ticket. I’m just hoping it’s actually open when I get there. If it does present you with options it says “not available to buy”.
