The WMS Mobile application allows drivers to easily see how many delivery orders have been assigned and where the orders need to be delivered. Drivers can make real-time delivery order status updates to the DART Baggage Tracking System. The reason i mention it. Sometimes no service connection for smart phones. Later when service connection is good the area and have a feature add upload picture. Many times i have do it all over again cause bad reception in the area. I do noted saying no service up here. Just nice to have upload feature. So the company have the photo. ### 4/5 — Random crashes, needs Dark Mode *2026-06-29* App sometimes crashes at random moments. Android version gets frequent updates but Apple iOS does not. App desperately needs a Dark Mode feature. Having the app open on a persistent screen between 12am-8am is like sitting in an interrogation room. A “text message” to recipient would also be ideal. Currently, the only option is a button to call, but to text them you have to manually recite or type the number out of the app. Lastly, some fields should allow a “hold & copy” action (e.g. the reference number” so it can be copied over to dispatchers or elsewhere for investigation. ### 1/5 — Trash app *2026-03-15* Every route includes over 40 minutes of waiting on app to load for closing this app doesn’t care if you have full bars for service it will malfunction I wanna rob the people who made this app to offset my losses accrued from using it ### 1/5 — Horrible functionality *2026-02-20* Why? ### 1/5 — Trash app *2026-01-28* Made e and operated on technology from 2002 the crack heads that stand outside of NJIT could build better. ### 1/5 — Driver *2025-12-16* Se necesita que le hagan una nueva actualización, ya que la actualidad tiene muchos problemas El primero es que no salen los códigos, simplemente sale la dirección El segundo no tiene para rotar la pantalla, lo cual es importante que le pongan rotación de pantalla. Por ejemplo si lo quieren poner diagonal la app se tiene que adaptar diagonal si lo quiere poner recto, OK, se pone recto Tercero hay algunas partes que la app no reconoce la dirección, lo cual hay que ponerla manualmente eso quita Cuarto La dirección que sale en la app a veces no concuerda con el GPS de Google Maps o Waze, lo cual hay que ponerlo Manuel y eso también quita tiempo. Quinto. Deberían de agregarle un sistema que vaya directamente a galería para subir la foto, ya que a veces en un lugar no hay cobertura y hay que esperar y esperar para agarrar señal y poder enviar la foto dentro de la app ### 1/5 — User friendly *2025-10-29* App is not fluid with the work flow. I thought a new IPhone would help this app. It made it worse. This app slows me down. Never know when a submitted picture/signature goes through until you leave the delivery. I never get messages the customers ask me about.
