We have the bag out with us. Some delivery drivers don’t live close to where you have to take it back too, or the office is locked and cannot bring it back. Also when the customer sends us a message, we should have the ability to respond through messages. ### 2/5 — Glitchy *2023-06-19* App always seems to close when I’m trying to submit and I’ve already left the house. In comparison of apps from similar industries, this one remains in the stone ages. It would be wonderful just to have the option to text and call. Unlike many other apps that update regularly this one doesn’t do that. Runs slow and crashes at the worst moment when you are at the door delivering. Por ejemplo si lo quieren poner diagonal la app se tiene que adaptar diagonal si lo quiere poner recto, OK, se pone recto Tercero hay algunas partes que la app no reconoce la dirección, lo cual hay que ponerla manualmente eso quita Cuarto La dirección que sale en la app a veces no concuerda con el GPS de Google Maps o Waze, lo cual hay que ponerlo Manuel y eso también quita tiempo. Quinto. Deberían de agregarle un sistema que vaya directamente a galería para subir la foto, ya que a veces en un lugar no hay cobertura y hay que esperar y esperar para agarrar señal y poder enviar la foto dentro de la app ### 1/5 — User friendly *2025-10-29* App is not fluid with the work flow. I thought a new IPhone would help this app. It made it worse. This app slows me down. Never know when a submitted picture/signature goes through until you leave the delivery. I never get messages the customers ask me about. The reason i mention it. Sometimes no service connection for smart phones. Later when service connection is good the area and have a feature add upload picture. Many times i have do it all over again cause bad reception in the area. I do noted saying no service up here. Just nice to have upload feature. So the company have the photo. ### 5/5 — App *2022-06-29* Hi, the app has been slow, crashing, unable to log in. Can we get the developer to fix this issue? Before this, it was working excellent. And there are 20 of my team telling me the same thing. So we would really appreciate if you get this fix asap. I will leave 5 stars because it’s excellent when it’s working. ### 4/5 — Random crashes, needs Dark Mode *2026-06-29* App sometimes crashes at random moments. Android version gets frequent updates but Apple iOS does not. App desperately needs a Dark Mode feature. Having the app open on a persistent screen between 12am-8am is like sitting in an interrogation room. A “text message” to recipient would also be ideal. Currently, the only option is a button to call, but to text them you have to manually recite or type the number out of the app. Lastly, some fields should allow a “hold & copy” action (e.g. the reference number” so it can be copied over to dispatchers or elsewhere for investigation. ### 4/5 — It doesn’t work sometime *2020-02-10, version 1.2.1* It won’t let me log in had to reinstall app and worked but now that does not help either Please fix this bug ### 3/5 — Quicker login *2025-10-29* We need to be able to login with facial recognition. ### 3/5 — WMS *2023-06-19* This app could use a couple enhancements. First the ability to text customers from the app would be helpful. Manual edits, like address changes will not save even after saving.
