I can’t get this app to load on my IPhone 11

It worked about 7 weeks ago.  They released an update and now it doesn’t run at all on my iPhone X.  Spent 3 weeks talking to app developers, no use.  Crashes instantly. 2 months later and  no update still.

Installed app on my iPhone XS Max. When trying to open, it crashes immediately. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, getting the same result. Has not worked the last 5 months.
