That is how I start my day. Update. I’ve stopped using this app and started using ZEAM to watch VODs ### 1/5 — STOP THE AUTO PLAY VIDEOS OMG *2026-04-01, version 5.0.2* Why did you do this app?? It’s horrific. The auto play video thing with volume is going to make me stop using NBC15 entirely! This is so obnoxious. App is not pleasant to use either. The old one was just fine. Why’d you waste the money on developing this?? ### 1/5 — Ugh *2026-03-31* I used to really like the app. I hate the new format. I used to watch the Morning Show, but now it’s now longer up-to-date, or and stories are broken up into segments with ads in between each segment. It’s unwatchable now. Did you do any user testing? The user has to wait for an ad to run before going to the app. Other key features have changed. No menu to select from sports, news, settings. Even though I go into the alerts it still shows notifications for an alert. If you go out of out it then come back into it immediately, you have to wait for the ad which is so annoying. I don’t want videos to play automatically, like never! Also so annoying. Why did you change a good thing that didn’t need fixing? ### 1/5 — Awful Writing and Editing *2026-03-08, version 5.0.1* Quality local news can be tough to find, but the writers at NBC15 are so consistently awful that I can’t give this source more than 1 star. There are examples of unprofessional language and/or grammatical errors every day. The only stories that are written well are from external sources. ### 1/5 — Hate the update *2026-03-08, version 5.0.1* Just noticed the app updated today and I absolutely hate it. There was nothing wrong with the app and tried to make it better and it was a swing and a miss. Unfortunately I’ll be deleting until hopefully something gets fixed and back to the old one.
