Two days unable to listen because app doesn’t load. Tried deleting and re installing the app 3 times. Called WMUK for technical support but was advised to contact Apple!!? My iPhone11 has no problem with other FM Radio apps…?

I don’t understand why it’s so hard to use this app I like how it’s broken up in different genres so if you heard something on the actual radio you can go back and listen to the details of it later the search feature is useless does not work for single keywords or for a name I need it to be set up in a list form like a list of everything so you can just search for what you’re looking for I’m in middle Michigan and I listen to the radio in my car I would like to continue off in my office after my commute the app is very frustrating to use needs to be simplified

I get frustrated.  It goes back 40 seconds or so and then repeats.  I have sent in my comment but so far no response.   It buffers where no other apps have that happen and same wifi
Feel it should be really looked at for bigs and re stored
Update September 5.  Still same issues.  Why cant this just be completely re done be app developer so i can hear my WMUK?

Somewhat unreliable.  This app, unlike all others I have, has a habit of  frequently rebuffering, and sometimes just quits altogether. Have tried deleting and reinstalling with no improvement.

News & program tabs are impressive.  Alarm & snooze elude me, even while testing in-hand, watching the black-background clock tick away, it won't fire off. However the moment I exit the clock I get the feed.  5 stars still 'cause this is not a priority.
