However, I am very often frustrated with the app frequently resetting to the top of the page requiring me to scroll through already read content to get to the next story. No other news app does this. I have done all that I can on my end to ensure it’s not “user error”. I’m asking the developer to fix this bug as I’m sure I’m not the only frustrated user. ### 3/5 — Meh *2026-03-17, version 5.15.2086* Most stories are like- something happened but we have no details. Maybe a real journalist could do things like drive to the hospital and try to talk to family, or drive to the scene of the crime and report what is actually happening. Headlines are atrocious. Not real news imo. I really did like this app so much. The weather forecast is so much better than the iPhone’s app, it’s actually accurate!!! Loved the radar! It has news, list of closings, so many useful features I enjoyed and I guess I took it for granted. Sorry to say goodbye to this app, but I don’t want it sharing my data 😢👋 If you ever stop sharing our data, I’d love to know so I can install the app again. Having a “weather warning/closing” banner flashing every time one opens the WMUR app 24/7/365 is absurd! Additionally, the “news” it presents is all liberal gaslighting opinions. Nothing is presented in a neutral, just the facts news manner that would be expected from the Live after or Die state. Lastly, WMUR is a Hearst News Corporation affiliate. WMUR labels political opinion as factual news written by their own Hearst reporters as coming from the very official sounding “WASHINGTON NEWS BUREAU” to deceive readers into thinking that its was written by a 3rd party in Washington. They use the word “Bureau” rather than “Department” to make it sound like an outside civic or oversight organization when in fact it’s an internal department employing Hearst’s own biased reporters. If WMUR wanted to be transparent they would simply label those political opinion pieces as being written by “Hearst’s Washington News Department” rather than the “Washington News Bureau”. Integrity matters! The station was on Elm Street then. I would never want to lose this station however.. recently I am not seeing a lot of the broadcasters on . I think station should not make as many changes .. these were good people. Maybe they did leave on their own. However WMUR does so much for the community.
