You can only get “points” from ordering in the app. If you walk in you cannot get points. The points randomly disappear. I’ve had a lot of points last time I used the app and today it shows zero points.  I have chosen to eat here over another local restaurant a couple of times just to build up the rewards. Now they are gone.

Recently tried to use this app to order, randomly selected a store 50 miles from my current location. Changed & placed an order for the location thats less than 10 minutes from me. Tried many times to cancel the order, only for the order to go through anyway. They wont answer the call on the number provided

I request a refund but there is no way to see that it would be refunded to me. I deleted the app. I downloaded back and it says error when I try to log in. The app has limited features. Making the process a little hard.

App needs work. Often shows locations as closed randomly, even when they are clearly open (especially on Sundays). It’s confusing to see this when the store is clearly open on DoorDash, but only closed on the app.

Please investigate & fix.
