WNCH – Driver is the app for towing and roadside assistance providers. Go online, receive jobs from customers nearby, and manage your work from one place.

This app is for approved WNCH providers. To join, sign up and complete verification.

GET JOBS
• Go online and start receiving job offers near you
• See the service, distance, and fare before you accept
• Accept or decline — you decide what you take
• Navigate to the customer with maps built in

RUN THE JOB
• Follow a clear flow from accept to completion
• For towing, confirm pickup and complete at the drop-off
• Message the customer in the app or call them directly
• Collect cash or let card payments settle automatically

GET PAID
• Track your earnings as you work
• Full transaction history in your wallet
• Request payouts to your bank account
• See your rating and completed jobs at a glance

GETTING VERIFIED
Sign up, then complete your profile:
• Personal details
• Vehicle details and photos
• Identity documents and licence
• The services you offer and your bank details for payouts

Our team reviews your documents and approves your account. Once approved, you can go online and start accepting jobs.

REQUIREMENTS
• A valid driving licence and vehicle registration
• Location access while online, so we can match you with nearby jobs
• Approved WNCH provider account
