تم طلب chunk ستيشن كوفي ، التعامل رائع وسريع من قبل الكول سنتر الاخت ساره  ولكن المفاجأه ( للاسف وصلوا متاخرين - ضاعوا بالطريق وماعندهم نت للتواصل- لم يبلغوني مسبقا انه يجب ان تكون الستيشن تحت ارض مبلطه وللاسف كان الترتيب انها بالحديقه - - التوصيلات والكهرب سيء معتمدين على توصيله وحده لعده اجهزه - العاملات اللي حضروا غير مدربات كانوا يدربونهم بعد الوصول - ) طبعا ضيوفي حضروا وهم لم يبدأوا بالترتيبات  التي تحتاح ساعه لتاخرهم !! 
تمت اعده المبلغ لي ولكن اين تعويضي للضرر اللي حصل والغاء فعاليه كانت مهمه في الاحتفال!! وبعد مرور اسبوع ونصف واتصالات من قبلي ( كان الارضاء كوبون تخفيض ١٠ بالميه لاي حجز قادم !! هل يعقل ذلك ضرر معنوي وحرق اعصاب والغاء فعاليه معتمده انها من ضمن الضيافه ذلك فقط يتم ارضاء العميل بتخفيض فقط ١٠ بالميه !!  
ماحصل فعليا لايشجعني نهائيا التعامل مره اخرى مع هذا الاب للاسف !! مع العلم ان المدير كلمني واعتذر ووعد بتعويض مجزي ولكن للاسف لم احصل على التعويض المجزيء!!!
