It turns a simple 5min task into a 30min all-out hassle. WebOps has set the bar so low that there has to be an app designed by a College Freshman out there that would be astronomically better. Please just shut this app down and create an app that doesn’t make me almost stroke out every day when I try to perform a simple billing task. ### 1/5 — Slow *2023-03-30, version 7.4.0* This app is terrible. This app is so glitchy you would think it was one of the first apps ever created. Horrible, embarrassing that this company has been around for several years, needs tons of work. ### 1/5 — iPhone 14 Pro *2022-12-10, version 7.4.0* Camera and scanner are not working. Phone has to be 8 inches away from QRS codes. It will not work if its closer. Will scan multiple items when held farther away. The app cuts off icons at the bottom of the screen. It makes functioning buttons on the app impossible to press because most of the icon is off the screen in my iPhone 14 Hope this can be fixed. ### 1/5 — App is trash *2022-09-16, version 7.3.0* Have to delete and re-download pretty often. App freezes fairly often. ### 1/5 — Terrible Logistics App *2022-06-23, version 7.2.1* Maybe it would work for a company with 100 or less people but if you’re in a big company you will find you’ll have to constantly update the app, reset it, delete it, and redownload just to do a 30 second request. My team has had problems since day one and if you’re not up to speed on technology and flying through the commands this is a nightmare. Our older generation of employees have had the absolute worst time trying to navigate this software. I wish I could give it 0 stars ### 1/5 — Why *2022-02-12, version 7.1.0* This app is the bane of my existence. It is nearly impossible to enter usage after a surgery. The scariest part is relying on this abomination of an app in order to make sure I have the correct implants and instruments for surgery. I am considering switching to a carrier pigeon or smoke signals instead of this app. I don’t know how the creators of this app can sleep at night knowing that their Frankenstein app exists. This is the worst part of my job. May God have mercy on us all. ### 1/5 — Hope and change *2021-09-09, version 7.0.1* Webops inspires me everyday and has given me the comfort to know that no mater how bad I do, or how often I fail, at the very least I can get paid by a medical device company. The ever changing nightmare of misinformation keeps my mind sharp and dulls my soul to a point where no customer can hurt me. What is up is down. What is left is right. Then as soon as you get accustomed to that algorithm an update comes along to change up the whole game. If your lucky enough to navigate this new labyrinth you are generally rewarded with the app crashing after hours of data input. The good news is the customer base that webops primarily serves rarely has any other obstacles throughout their day and there job is pretty much stress free as is. So this is going to continue to work out just fine. Keep up the good work. ### 1/5 — The WORST! *2020-08-01, version 5.6.0* This app is absolute garbage! It crashes daily! It is literally the worst performing app I’ve ever seen... and that’s not an exaggeration! I’ve had to delete it and redownload it EVERY time I wanted to use the app this week, which was about 3 times per day. This technology is not that complicated so I don’t know why this company can’t get it right. I HATE that my company makes us use this program because I honestly can’t think of a worse alternative. It only got 1 star because 0 wasn’t an option. If you are the decision maker for your company - DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT EVER USE WEBOPS!!! ### 1/5 — Disaster *2020-05-12, version 5.4.2* The app has several compatibility issues between its web version and the app. Much better applications available. ### 1/5 — ☠️ *2020-01-29, version 5.4.2* I wouldn’t force this app on my worst enemy. ### 1/5 — Outdated inventory management *2020-01-28, version 5.4.2* I feel compelled to write this as a warning for anyone thinking about potentially using this app. I can’t stress enough that the flow and operation of this app are so outdated it makes tasks difficult to complete. Customer service is also lacking in helping resolve issues related to updating problems that arise from the multiple times needed to update. My typical day starts with trying to figure out which app might work in the morning (mobile or international). Then neither work, I uninstall both and reinstall to no avail. Eventually one might work but functions within the app won’t let me save important data needed for reordering and shipping. Love how a 20+ billion dollar company can easily make a decision to knowingly put their field reps in such a constant state of frustration and anger and still expect them to enjoy their jobs on a daily basis. This app was never meant for the bandwidth it’s attempting to handle. Whomever owns this app should feel like the luckiest person in the world that their program was bought by such a monster it was never meant to support. ### 1/5 — Fantastically Horrible *2024-08-20, version 23.11.0* This app, and I cannot stress this enough, is the single worst software ever developed in our generation. I honestly think that this was a plant by a competing company to restrict our business growth. If you are looking for a way to handicap your business, this is the app for you. ### 1/5 — Soul Crushing *2024-07-23, version 23.11.0* For me it’s the lies. This app will tell you that your password or username is wrong, but it isn’t; the app is just mad on a personal level about the WiFi. It’s almost like it was designed to infuriate and enrage; it crashes constantly but the timing of the failure is almost sentient and sinister like it knows you were almost done, & the scanner feature may scan something across the room or maybe the image less than an inch from your phone camera it just decides in the moment. This app is the worst app I’ve ever had on my phone, but if your here it means your company and your warehouse and customer service team has elected for you to suffer and you WILL use it. Enjoy WebOps . ### 1/5 — Reaching my limit *2024-06-04, version 23.11.0* This app has transcended AI and has developed into a sentient being. A sentient being with the sole intention of driving sales representatives to the brink. Prior to webops, I used to dream of owning a home, starting a family, and being a contributor to my community. In just 2 years of using webops my dreams have turned to nightmares. My days now consist of attempting to login in 33+ times just to see an error, or the app mocking me telling me ‘this is taking longer than usual.’ What were once dreams of a better life are now nightmares of typing my password over and over and over and over again. My dreams of raising a family are now overshadowed by my broken will to use an app. My life is spiraling, I am all alone, all day I hear static and nothingness. People talk to me, I hear nothing. My customers ask me questions, I hear nothing. The only thing I hear is the webops beep reminding me unfortunately, that I am still alive.
