## What is Woah?

Every morning you get clear answers about what your body can handle today

Woah reads how you actually slept and what your heart did overnight, above all your HRV and resting heart rate, and compares it to what is normal for you (not a general average). When you wake up your recovery score is waiting, somewhere between 0 and 100.

High means GO. Train hard, push, spend the energy.
Low means your body is still recovering, so take it easier today.

You get straight answers when you wake up, and a personal explanation of why:
Should I train today?
Am I coming down with something?
How much sleep am I behind?
When should I go to bed?
How much sleep do I need tonight?
How many steps should I take today?

A COACH THAT KNOWS YOUR DATA
Woah Coach is a conversation with your own data, in its own tab. It sees up to a year of history. You set real goals together, and every Sunday evening it builds a concrete plan for the week ahead. It remembers what you tell it: an injury, a trip, a habit you are breaking. It draws charts right in the chat. A wellness coach, not a doctor.

THE LONG RUN
Your Lifestyle status shows how well you have looked after your body over the last 30 days. No number to chase, just five honest stages: Building, Steady, Balanced, Thriving, Flourishing. It moves slowly, so habits matter more than any single day. Every week Woah gives you one focus, and the trends show how your body answers what you change.

A SOCIAL APP
Recovery is not something you do alone. The real value is created in the conversations it starts, not in the app: about sleep, about training, about why someone is flat today. Connect with the people you care about, and every morning you see how they slept and recovered. You choose exactly what you share, you see who can read it, and you can stop whenever you want. Pairing is free.

YOU ALSO GET

FITNESS AGE:
How old your body looks according to the data, and what moves it.

LONGEVITY:
An estimated lifespan that shifts every time you improve a habit.

VO2 MAX:
Your cardio fitness, compared to others your age.

HABIT LOGGING
It takes seconds: food, caffeine, alcohol, nicotine and how you actually felt. All of it feeds your score.

Widgets and an Apple Watch app.

YOUR SLEEP, NIGHT BY NIGHT
The night is drawn exactly as it happened: deep sleep, REM, light sleep and every time you were awake, from when you fell asleep to when you woke up. You get the night graded in stars, not one more number to chase.

REGULARITY
How alike your nights are across 30 days. The part of your sleep you notice least yourself.

SOCIAL JETLAG:
How far your weekend sleep drifts from your weekdays. Your body notices the shift even when the hours add up the same.

SLEEP DEBT:
How many hours you are actually behind, counted over 14 nights, where recent ones weigh heaviest and good nights pay it down.

WHAT YOU NEED
A wearable that measures sleep and heart rate overnight and writes it to Apple Health. Apple Watch and Oura give the sharpest readings. Garmin, Whoop and others work too, though some only write "asleep" with no stage detail. With no wearable there is nothing to read.

Woah reads everything through Apple Health. Your raw data stays on your phone. Coach conversations are stored only on your phone and are never synced. To answer, the app sends your daily values to the AI model, with no account and nothing traceable back to you. Your data is never sold and never used for ads. Woah is a coach, not a doctor, and none of this is medical advice.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 3.5 — 2026-09-02

- Smaller bug fixes

### 3.4 — 2026-09-01

Woah AI

The engine behind the app's words has a name. Woah AI is Claude writing every morning for your night, and a coach that answers anything: goals, a weekly plan, straight answers from a year of your data. It comes with the subscription, and everything you have today stays free.

• Your daily guidance now always arrives, in your language, even without a subscription.
• The powernap. Start a nap from the main screen and watch your tank fill back up.
• Yesterday, how it went: yesterday's plan against what the day actually gave.
• Your energy tank moved into the battery in the top corner. One tap opens the last 48 hours.
• The day's notes lie in a deck. Swipe through them, flick away the one you are done with.
• On Saturdays Woah finds one true thing in your last month. Tap it, and the coach draws it.
• Notifications read the day before they say anything, and never nudge a body that wants rest.

### 3.3 — 2026-08-26

Longevity, answered

The Longevity tab now opens with the answer: the age your days are heading for, with your whole life drawn under it. Below that, the days lived and the days remaining, what moves the number, your Lifestyle status and fitness age, and, closing the tab, the age you would reach living like yesterday, like last month, or like last year.

Logging that counts
• Saving your daily habits earns a moment, and the next morning the main screen shows the receipt: what yesterday's log did to today's score.
• A streak counts your logged days in a row. Food can be tagged in detail, and meditation and time with people have joined the Restore card.
• Your answers set the level, your logged days pull it, day by day.

Also in this version
• The estimate now starts from the years someone your age can still expect, not the figure at birth. Past 60, your number moves up, and your habits keep moving it at every age.
• Quit smoking? The app asks what year you stopped. Twenty smoke-free years count for what they are worth.
• The Longevity tab speaks once a week in three places: under the estimate, under your fitness age, and as your Lifestyle focus. Each says something the others do not.
• Your fitness age has a chart of its own: days, weeks, months, or all your history.
• Your partner's tab opens on the age they are heading for, read in the same order as your own, with a weekly line about the years ahead of them.
• Woah Coach speaks once when you open the app instead of interrupting through the day, and the main screen has a door straight to your goal and this week's plan.
• The main screen is faster, the tank curve arrives whole, the sleep stages appear at once, and everything refreshes when you open the app.

### 3.2 — 2026-08-20

HEART, ANSWERED

A new block on the main screen: your resting heart rate as a dial, set against your own baseline instead of a general average. The dial grows clockwise when your heart ran faster than normal and anticlockwise when it was calmer, so you see both how far from usual you are and which way.

Below it sit fourteen days of resting heart rate and HRV, and your VO2 max. Your partner now has the same block, showing what actually crosses between you.

Your resting heart rate is now shown only when it was really measured. A substituted number could previously look like a reading.

ALSO IN THIS VERSION

The Tank curve shows what the day was made of. Sleep, workouts and waking hours are visible in the line instead of merely implied.

The whole row answers your tap in the daily questions, not just the small icon.

Sharing hands over the right day. It could offer one day and pass along another.

Woah Coach now knows your sleep score, keeps its headlines in shape and says your partner's name again. Replies also arrive faster.

Every past day carries its own weekday, so looking back can no longer land on the wrong day of the week.

A door to the Woah community now sits in the menu at the top right.

The paywall tells you which lock you tapped, instead of saying the same thing everywhere.

### 3.1 — 2026-08-18

Sleep, in full.
• Last night drawn the way it happened — every stage, in order, from bed to wake.
• A sleep score in stars, with your 30-day sleep routine and social jetlag behind it.
• Sleep scores now stand next to your partner's.

Trends, rebuilt.
• Every chart on the screen now reads the same way, across Days / Weeks / Months / All.
• Habits moved to a screen of their own, with per-unit averages that stay quiet when there isn't enough logged data to be honest.

Also
• Today's reasoning now reads inline instead of behind a sheet.
• The Coach can read — and draw — the shape of your nights.
• Fixes to the sleep-debt trend, chart baselines and the Watch icon.
