O app possui uma política de cancelamento em até 48h, mas se você faz uma reserva no mesmo dia, tem somente 2 min para fazê-lo! E isso não está determinado em nenhum lugar em seus termos de uso, então cuidado!

Fiz todo o processo de cadastro, e tive que procurar no site, no app, nas redes sociais, e até mesmo nos termos de uso, mas não encontrava o valor dos planos, só quando entrei em contato com o suporte, me informaram que só estava disponível para clientes com mais de 50 colaboradores, acabei desperdiçando o meu tempo com algo que poderia está claro de várias maneiras, afim de não frustra as expectativas do cliente!

Agendei uma diária gratuita e, chegando no local, já existe desencontro de informação sobre o horário de funcionamento. Local estava fechado e não havia ninguém para atender. Não tem como conversar com o suporte, pois existe um chat boot, respostas automáticas e insuficientes. Não deve ter critério para cadastrar as salas.
