Many features fail to load properly, giving the impression that the product was released before it was ready. Additionally, the promotional approach raised concerns. We were offered ice cream in exchange for downloading the app and providing our data. Unfortunately, the ice cream itself was broken, which only added to the overall negative experience. This combination of technical issues and questionable incentives left me feeling frustrated and uncomfortable. Overall, the app feels unfinished and the experience did not meet expectations.
