We also added Request Feature in Settings, behind the parental gate, so grown-ups can send us ideas directly. ### 1.2 — 2026-08-01 The seahorse is catchable again A few of our sea friends were playing hard to get. Because the seahorse swims upright, the game was looking for it in the wrong place, causing the hook to pass straight by. The pirate sawfish and anglerfish had similar, though less noticeable, issues. All three can now be caught exactly where you would expect. Hard mode is actually hard now Grown-ups told us Hard mode was not hard enough. We made its catch area noticeably smaller, so landing a fish now takes real timing and precision. Medium mode has also been rebalanced to sit more evenly between Easy and Hard. Happy fishing! ### 1.1 — 2026-07-13 What's New in Version 1.1 - Pause anytime: hold the gear button to pause. Peek at the menu or step away without losing your game. - Best Score is now shown on the home screen. - Your game is kept when you go back to the menu. Change the difficulty, speed or fish density and jump right back in with your score intact. - Bigger, clearer menus on iPad. - The score and hearts now sit clear of the camera area at the top on newer iPhones. - Difficulty fix: on Medium and Hard, long fish now have to be caught by the mouth, so the harder levels really are harder. - Fixed a rare blank screen that could appear right after opening the app. - Stability and performance improvements.
