## What is WOC for Wellness?

App supporting Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurses Society™ WOC for Wellness Challenge, September 15 - December 15, 2021

The Wellness Challenge encourage participants to hit target wellness goals, engage in some friendly competition, and meet new people, all while having some fun!

The app supports step data the Apple Health app via iPhones and Apple Watches as well as from Fitbit and Garmin activity trackers.
