The Software is only suitable for sameDay courier or food delivery service providers
And really good for them
To some extend E-commerce
BUT 
Its defiantly not for any other industry as advertised  i.e Service and trade, home services laundry Dry Cleaner ,removal  company , building and construction 

Because the main ingredient is missing  or irrelevant feature forced added 
Like whilst booking a task 
“Pickup after time” and Deliver Before time is not required or could be after 6 days or within. A week
But by default for a booking you are  forced to accept “pickup Before time” within 3 days  ( so have to edit manually time consuming

Major  flaw 
Unable to schedule the pickup of service easily
No drag or drop of jobs

Have to put  a filter to see unassigned tasks then select then select the task individually  to asign  to  a driver then another filter to asign to another driver then another filter to to see any more tasks booked  hhhhhh

(It could have been eaiser if all unassigned tast were on the top or right side and all drivers calendars in the middle just drag and drop on the driver’s colander SIMPLE 

And in the bookings its time after or time before shouldn’t  be mandatory  

And  the  support is so rude and not very helpful 
Part from that
The software is really built  on higher standards 
And looks and feel welcoming 

I will keep an  eye on the  updates and  i will bring all my businesses on it
If they make changes

We are a courier company using WooDelivery to manage our work. It works well to our drivers. The tracking is amazing. We can also set up automatic alerts to our customers. Great app for delivery management!

The good thing: great design on the driver app including features of fully customisable router planner and optimisation. Speed is fast and it can work without Internet. This is very helpful to us as they deliver goods to some areas where the phone reception is very poor.

The price are very cheap comparing with other products and it saves us hundreds of dollars per month.

Good experience using this app so far so good. Very user friendly and easy to plan and  optimise the route. Good service from the company and we get it integrated with our ecommerce system easily.
