It is now unusable. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2022-08-14, version 1.0* I don’t know how the app even works because I can never get on. It’s always showing an error, telling me to reload, or just not even opening. The website itself has flaws that should have been fixed, but this is ridiculous for the price we pay…and ya know…it’s 2022. ### 1/5 — Updated app: Y’all did the impossible. *2022-08-12, version 1.0* You guys managed to do the impossible and make an already terrible buggy app WORSE with an update. You kept all the bugs, and redesigned the UI to be even harder to navigate. I try to look at the upcoming weeks workouts and I can’t because it always refreshes back to the previous week. The only part of this app I find useful is seeing who is in my upcoming classes. But trying to actually see what I am going to teach those athletes, good luck. ### 1/5 — Horrible design for such a simple use case *2020-11-20, version 1.0* This app has so many glitches and design faults it’s almost hard to believe they don’t fix them for so long (years now). For example, when you scroll down through the calendar items, if you’re not on page 1 and you scroll fast it will automatically reload page 1. They are all terrible and incredibly anti-user. Glitches all the time. I hate that my gym uses this platform. Absolutely terrible. Can’t view any workouts beyond a week. Scrolling beyond page 1 doesn’t work. So bad ### 1/5 — Seriously? *2019-10-23, version 1.0* The review title says it all. ### 1/5 — Poorly developed, full of bugs *2019-10-05, version 1.0* Been with Wodify for many years, they still have not optimized this app. It’s clunky, glitches often, and very slow. This app should make business management easier but it’s always just a hassle. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Core was never great and now it doesn’t work *2024-04-03* Core was never great. It was slow and unresponsive. I could never do anything important from the core app. Now when I open core it doesn’t load anything. Splash page shows with the circle to indicate something is loading, but nothing ever loads. All core things are done from a browser on a PC or phone. So is the core app dead? Can it be improved/updated to work? A little communication about core would be great. Wodify as a company also does a poor job communicating on their roadmap. Then all the sudden there’s new feature out and you have to live with it. To wodify’s credit, they’ve had a lot more uptime recently (knock on wood). ### 1/5 — Frustrating *2024-03-18* I love Wodify I used it as a box owner and a coach. However the software for the app is both difficult to use and crashes nearly every time I use it to program or make appointments losing my work. ### 1/5 — Never works *2024-02-17* It used to be ok. I don’t know what happened but it Hasn’t worked properly over the past couple years. Makes it difficult for business owners who need to do work away from a desk top ### 1/5 — Consistently terrible *2024-02-06* Still one of the worst apps invented. Wodify from a computer isn’t bad. It has some good features and they are heading in a better direction after replacing their CEO that would introduce some new feature that no one ever wanted or asked for. But this app… I’m not sure why they even offer it. It’s like loaning your client a car that smells terrible and breaks down constantly. What’s the point? It just makes us angry and it’s a terrible representation of your company. Close it down and start over. ### 1/5 — Can’t even book a simple appointment *2024-01-17* My god. I just want to be able to use this app and get the things I need to do like SCHEDULE A CLIENT, and it’s physically impossible. Please for the love of God, get someone to fix this horrid app ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work - never has *2023-12-27* Just like every other review - we’re forced to use this app to control our gym platform. Wodify in the gym is great! Charges our members, looks great on the screen, members can generally sign up for classes if the platform isn’t buggy (happens all too frequently). But the app to run the behind the scenes is awful. At $350/month, you think they could hire someone to fix these glitches. We aren’t asking for much here, just a working app. ### 1/5 — App needs MAJOR HELP *2023-07-12* Editing workouts/curriculum on your phone is basically impossible. Who actually has the time to email yourself all the footage and then upload that way…. I should be able to do it all from my phone! I don’t want to pay for a service that makes my day to day harder. Core is absolutely horrible. Riddled with bugs that freeze and crash the app along with a clunky and slow interface, this app makes me close out and go find my laptop every time. If I’m left with just the app, often days my clients don’t get the workout because I simply cannot update the workouts. Would *love* to have a working app. ## Most praised reviews (3 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Wodify is the best gym management software *2022-12-28, version 1.0* We’ve been using Wodify for 5 years now, and it far surpasses all other gym management softwares because of its all-encompassing functionality. You manage your members’ profiles and payments, along with their workout results, all in one system. Outstanding! ### 2/5 — Systems never work consistent *2020-02-26, version 1.0* Just like getting in shape consistency is king.
